Delete your LumaNest account

You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete account.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@midou.tech with the subject “LumaNest account deletion”, using your account email where possible. Tell us the sign-in method you used. Do not send passwords or verification codes. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Shared account

LumaNest shares the account service with our other apps. Deletion removes access to the shared account and associated cloud profile, device associations, groups, feedback and uploaded attachments across those apps. It does not reset the physical devices or uninstall the apps.
